How can i connect another pc to the internet ?? HELP !?
i have one pc connected to the internet via cable and i have an old computer in another room which i also want to connect. i have a motorola SB5101E surfboard cable modem on the one i am using surfboard Game now……..my brother gave me a D-link model DI-514 and i bought telephone cable long enough to reach with a plug on each end, i set it all up but couldn,t get it to work…the green lights on the DS-link light up so i think that works fine, the new pc uses w-xp media edicion and the old one w- milenium can you explain step by step what i need to do….i can,t use my pc cause the kids -3!!- are always on it playing gamesp.s. the old computer doesn,t have any usb ports…it,s very old
