When I opened the box, everything looked okay. I say okay because the parts were in a nasty used ziploc bag that looked like it came from someones basement. It was not very professional. I gave the bike rack to my boyfriend for Valentines Day. When he opened it up and tried to put it on his bike, two pieces were missing. Luckily, the pieces could be picked up at a hardware store, but I paid good money for this product and I am not happy with the results. I will never be buying anything off Amazon.com again.
