Laws for airbrushed shirts with logos for sale?
What are the laws about selling airbrushed shirts, art, etc. with logos on them.I’m getting into airbrushing seriously and was wondering about surfboards Logos this.I’ve seen people airbrushing and selling shirts with logos from companies like Santa Cruz Surfboards logo, the planet logo for …Lost, and others.Is this legal and can i do this or is their some rediculous royalty we have to honor…It technically is considered “art”, and i’ve seen many people selling art with brands and logos in them.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks?
