The good news. Item fits thule, OEM or any other roof rack according to its box which is nice in case you have another vehicle w/out a thule rack. Keeps board secure in cradle.
The bad news: The straps WHISTLE when on the top of the board. And the plastic hooks into the feet don’t feel as stable as the rubber straps in the previous model. I’ll be sending these back pronto.
Water sports while on vacation?
My wife and I are going away for a week and will be on a lakeside resort way up north. They have watersports which would you recommend?canoes, surfboard Kayak Roof kayaks, paddleboats, Rabaska canoes ($), surfboards ($), sailboats – dinghies like the Laser 1, Mistral 15 and Bombardier ($), pontoon boats ($), jet skis ($), flippers, mask and snorkel ($).I don’t know the costs yet but I am sure they don’t give the activities away..
