Free supportive guidepost for surfer Action Poster

My purchase of the Unscooter thru Amazon.com went very smoothly and delivered as promised. The assembly was great but shortly after riding a few times we noticed the tires rubbed against the frame. My efforts to contact the company for repair are in vain. The stores listed that carry this scooter are untrue. We can still ride this with the tires rubbing but it’s not going to last very long. I and my grandson are very disapointed ….
