I have a cheap walmart mountain bike that’s about 8 years old, and I’m attempting my first triathlon in a few weeks. After 2 months of training on the 8-year-old original knobby tires, I decided to try an upgrade to a street tire. A few online forums later, I decided on this 26 x 1.0 Ritchey Tom slick. I’m not disappointed at all. My rolling resistance has greatly decreased, and my RunKeeper app says my pace has improved immensely on the first test ride. The tire fit perfectly on a standard mountain bike rim, but you will need smaller inner tubes. I bought mine locally, as I wanted to make 100% sure I was getting the right thing for this tire, and for some reason, nobody who sells these tires ever tells you exactly what you need. My bike shop sold me a couple generic-looking tubes that said 26 x 1.0-1.15, and they assured me that they would handle the 100 psi recommended for these tires (which they do). So if you can find tubes like that on Amazon, I imagine they’re all about

Mostly directing this question at the regulars such as Tom Tom, Morey 000, Dr. Sam, and Petra Au. Is there any digital Tom Morey surfboards camera out there where without hesitation I know I can get an excellent 16X20 or at least an 11X14 consistently? As we all know, there’s no gurantee that all cameras with 10 megapixels or higher can accomplish this.Or do you people flatly recommend a DSLR?
