The good news. Item fits thule, OEM or any other roof rack according to its box which is nice in case you have another vehicle w/out a thule rack. Keeps board secure in cradle.
The bad news: The straps WHISTLE when on the top of the board. And the plastic hooks into the feet don’t feel as stable as the rubber straps in the previous model. I’ll be sending these back pronto.

What surfboard is best for me?
I’m a beginner, and I will be moving to Brazil soon, ten minutes away from the beach.I’m 5 foot 1 inch, 85-95 pounds. I surfboard Length Height have had no experience with surfing in my life, since I live in Louisiana and it’s not the best place to surf, especially now after the oil spill.What’s better? Longboard or funboard? Length? Width? Height?Thanks!!P.S.I’m not looking for an expensive board, just something to practice and learn with.
